Image - Hemel Hempstead (UK)
Image is a fabulous mixed-use development project, by Dandara, of one and two bedroom apartments in the heart of Hemel Hempstead. This scheme also features landscaped gardens and a range of shops and office accommodation combining new build and restoration, Image features a 22-storey tower created by the dramatic transformation of the 20-storey iconic Kodak building along with six new buildings.
Portelet Bay - Jersey (UK)
The 46 apartments and 7 houses and their setting in Portelet Bay can only be described as superlative. Portelet Bay has been developed by an extraordinary vision of an elite team of internationally acclaimed consultants.
Castle Quay - Jersey (UK)
An outstanding waterfront location at Castle Quay, a collection of one, two and three bed apartments along with new civic and commercial spaces creating a rich, lush, landscaped setting against the edge of the harbour. 2 blocks - 1st 143 apartments, 2nd 241 apartments using colour video with proximity readers throughout the blocks for additional doors.
